Continuing without a break is the FIA World Rally X. The recent round of the spectacular world championship series held in Norway, again saw the championship fall in favour of the Stilo drivers, with Bakkerud and Loeb among the leading contenders, ultimately getting onto the podium in second and third place respectively.
Yet another Stilo driver, Petter Solberg, who is certainly in contention for the title, also put on a great performance and is now third in the championship chase. For Andreas his third podium of the season was made even more special being the home event for the Stilo driver. In the final Andreas was in command and has a great battle with Kristofferson who would take victory.

At the end of the race Bakkerud (Hoonigan Racing Team – Ford Focus RS RX) had this to say; “Johan was quicker than me in the final, I took my joker on the second lap but went wide at the first corner so I lost some crucial time and Johan got out ahead. All credit to Johan as he won fair and square. I have to admit that it’s my home event and we always want to do well here – as a Norwegian, you don’t want to have a Swedish flag on top but a podium is always a great result. Generally, I am really happy with the car – I could have had a better launch and given more of a fight, but we have to be happy with P2”.

Satisfaction also for another podium for the King of Rallying, Sebastian Loeb (Puegeot 208 WRX #9): “I’m very pleased to be on the podium here at Hell. My weekend got off to a strong start with the fastest time in first practice, but I then lost ground during the qualifying phase because of how the races unfolded. I was glad when qualifying ended. Thankfully, I managed to turn the tables with good runs in my semi-final and then in the final. It’s a good result but I know very well that we need to keep up the hard work”.
