Stilo’s success also continues Down Under where Craig Lowndes (Triple Eight Holden Commodore) took yet another victory for Stilo in the form of the Supercars Endurance title.

The Australian legend, who will retire from fill time driving next year, took out the Bathurst 1000 again, with his team mate Steven Richards, at the legendary Mt Panorama circuit. It was Lowndes 7th win in the race at the amazing circuit that is located a few hundred kilometres west of Sydney in New South Wales. Following on from his Bathurst win, Lowndes finished off his full time career by taking out the Supercars Endurance title, the Pirtek Enduro Cup, at the Surfers Paradise circuit. The race was interrupted by a tropical downpour rendering the circuit unraceable by the end of the weekend, meaning Lowndes had already secured enough points to take the 2018 title. Lowndes, who has used Stilo helmets for several seasons now, leaves the Supercars series as the reigning endurance champion, a fitting way to bow out after an extraordinary career.
